Summary

Responsible for providing efficient information on the status and location of altered merchandise and assisting fitters with non-technical communication and tasks. Inspects garments and verifies that all tasks are printed properly on work tickets while supporting daily alterations operations in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide status updates on altered merchandise and track garment locations
• Assist fitters with communication and non-technical tasks to streamline workflow
• Inspect garments for quality and proper completion of alterations
• Verify accuracy of work tickets and alteration instructions
• Maintain organized records of alterations and ticketing information
• Coordinate with store teams to facilitate timely customer service
• Perform basic clerical duties and data entry related to alterations

Requirements
