Requirements- 3+ years of management experience with comparable volume or proven track record in operations workforce management.
- Fitting/tailoring experience in high-end or luxury merchandise setting preferred.
- Ability to fit and perform alterations on a wide range of garments.
- Knowledge of the Alterations industry, including fabrication and styling of luxury merchandise.
- Proficiency in technology, including Word and Excel.
- Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
