Summary
Provide excellent customer service at point of sale and by phone while supporting alterations and store operations. Assist customers with sales, returns and transactions, maintain a runway ready department, support order fulfillment and stay informed on product trends to help customers with purchase decisions.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales, returns and other transactions
- Deliver friendly knowledgeable customer service and listen to customer needs
- Keep the department runway ready by straightening, light cleaning and restocking
- Support other areas of the store including order fulfillment and order pick-up
- Build customer relationships by promoting events gift cards and rewards program
- Prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
- Use computers to process transactions and learn new applications
- Perform continuous movement including bending twisting squatting and reaching
- Lift and handle merchandise including items up to 25 pounds
