Summary

Provide customer focused alterations and store support by managing customer transactions and alteration needs using store technology while collaborating with the Alterations and Store Team. Resolve customer situations professionally and maintain strong interpersonal relationships with customers peers and leadership in a fast paced retail environment.

• Assist customers with a variety of transactions and alteration requests
• Use store technology to manage and organize customer alteration needs
• Deliver customer expectations through teamwork and collaboration
• Defuse customer situations and provide timely resolution

• Safely operate standard alterations equipment

Requirements

• Ability to effectively build relationships with customers peers and leadership
• Proficiency in operating systems such as MS Windows iOS and Android
• Clear effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast paced setting
• Willingness to learn and operate alterations equipment safely
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on department needs
