Alterations - Store Support - Tysons Corner Center

Summary

Provide excellent customer service at the point of sale and support alterations and store operations in a fast paced retail environment. Assist customers in person and by phone with sales, returns and order pick up while maintaining a neat and organized sales floor and cash wrap area. Support other areas of the store as needed and stay informed on product trends to assist customer purchase decisions.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers over the phone and at checkout with sales, returns and other transactions
• Maintain a clean, organized and runway ready department including restocking the cash wrap area and sales floor
• Support order fulfillment and order pick up processes
• Build customer relationships by sharing information about events and rewards programs
• Prioritize multiple tasks and requests in a fast paced environment
• Use computer systems to process transactions and learn new applications
• Perform continuous movement including bending, twisting and reaching to handle merchandise
• Lift and handle items up to 25 pounds occasionally
