Alterations & Tailor Shop - Sewer - Valley Fair

As a Sewer at our Alterations & Tailor Shop in Valley Fair, you will provide exceptional service to customers through your expert sewing and pressing skills. You will be responsible for completing tasks according to Nordstrom guidelines and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Perform and complete sewing and pressing tasks in line with Nordstrom standards.
• Manage workload and fulfill customer needs promptly.
• Achieve productivity goals while adhering to processes and procedures.
• Utilize store technology to organize and manage customer alteration requests.
• Collaborate with the Alterations & Store Team to meet customer expectations.

• 2-3 years of sewing and pressing experience preferred.
• Professional communication skills with coworkers and customers.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and operate sewing and pressing machinery safely.
• Flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs.
