Summary

The Ambassador at the Chicago Flagship delivers a warm, curated luxury experience to every client and helps set the tone for their visit. Stationed throughout the store, the Ambassador greets and directs clients, supports client advisors, and helps create brand desirability through thoughtful, face-to-face interactions and storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet all clients in a warm and courteous manner to create an exemplary luxury experience.
• Use storytelling to share knowledge of the World of Tiffany and elevate the in-store experience.
• Attend to client needs, direct clients to the appropriate Client Advisor, and manage floor waiting lists efficiently.
• Support hospitality, tours, and selling events including door coverage, elevator operation, and back-of-house support.
• Assist the sales team with boxing and wrapping items, replenishing POS and gifting supplies, and maintaining neat POS stations and sales floor areas.
• Communicate potential service issues and client impressions to management and collaborate effectively with team members.
