Summary
Provide personalized and inspiring customer service on the sales floor to exceed expectations and support sales objectives. Act as an entry level brand ambassador focused on customer engagement, product knowledge, and maintaining store standards while contributing to a cohesive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service with a customer first mindset.
- Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs such as sales per hour and data capture.
- Support achievement of sales plans and adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Connect customers to loyalty and engagement programs such as Polo Connect.
- Assist customers in fitting rooms and maintain store presentation and standards.
- Support operational tasks including floor sets and replenishment.
- Participate in company trainings on product, compliance, and talent development.
Requirements
- Retail or similar high volume customer service experience preferred.
- Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around the sales floor for extended periods.
- Capability to lift up to 30 lbs and maneuver in stock areas and dressing rooms.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and occasional travel.
- Ability to operate a register and perform opening and closing duties.
- Commitment to teamwork and maintaining a professional positive work environment.
