Analyst Finished Goods Procurement

The Capacity, Production Planning & Procurement Analyst will play a key role in supporting the Senior Manager of Finished Goods Procurement and the broader supply chain function in relation to procurement of all categories of Finished Goods. This entry-level position offers direct exposure to cross-functional operations, reporting, and supplier management, while contributing to strategic decision-making.

• Support the Senior Manager of Finished Goods Procurement by preparing data summaries, identifying trends, and highlighting risks and opportunities to inform decision-making.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools to support established Procurement and Manufacturing Operations strategies.
• Attend cross-functional supply chain meetings to observe, take detailed notes, and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
• Provide analytical support through data collection, validation, and reporting.
• Create dashboards and presentations for senior leadership and buyers using Sigma and Excel.
• Maintain accurate and consistent data to support buyers and internal stakeholders.
• Enhance existing reporting standards and respond to the growing demand for strategic insights.
• Perform vendor management evaluations including capacity reporting and new product introduction risk analysis.
• Build strong working relationships across internal departments.
• Support additional procurement-related initiatives as needed.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to summarize complex data clearly.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in data handling and reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with Business Objects or similar reporting/BI tools.
• Experience with Sigma or similar data analysis/reporting platforms is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with a problem-solving orientation and curiosity for continuous improvement.
