Summary
The Industrial Performance Analyst will convert data into actionable insights to improve cost efficiency, productivity, and process performance across the industrial organization. This role manages KPI reporting and Power BI dashboards, leads cross-functional improvement projects, and partners with Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, and Innovation to enable data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Develop, generate, and distribute KPI reports and dashboards tracking industrial performance.
- Design and maintain interactive Power BI tools to support decision making.
- Partner with Planning, Manufacturing, Finance, and Innovation to align reporting requirements.
- Present analytical findings and translate data into operational recommendations.
- Conduct analyses to identify risks or opportunities impacting cost and productivity.
- Redesign and document end-to-end workflows to identify inefficiencies.
- Propose process enhancements to optimize cost and resource utilization.
- Manage cross-functional projects from scoping through implementation and tracking.
- Ensure compliance with data structures and reporting guidelines to maintain data accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, or related field.
- 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and macros.
- Strong experience with Power BI or other analytics tools.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem solving abilities.
- Project management and process improvement experience.
- Strong stakeholder collaboration and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Self-starter with bias for action toward continuous improvement.
