Responsibilities- Build strong partnerships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization, including senior leadership and cross-divisional team management.
- Prepare OPEX budgets and forecasting models, integrating historical trends, business drivers, and divisional plans into cohesive financial outlooks.
- Provide clear, actionable insights through monthly variance analysis and commentary on actuals vs. budget.
- Enhance financial reporting frameworks, KPIs, and performance dashboards to monitor business performance and support data-driven decision-making.
- Assist with the month-end close process by reviewing and validating accruals, ensuring accuracy and facilitating timely communication with key stakeholders.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of financial systems, processes, and models that enhance planning and forecasting activities.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support the evaluation of new initiatives, operational optimizations, and strategic opportunities.
Requirements- A post-secondary degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven track record with a minimum 2 years of experience in planning and analysis, or a related role; familiarity in retail or the luxury sector is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey financial information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with SAP, IBM Cognos, and/or Power BI is considered an asset.
