Summary
Responsible for ensuring operational consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across boutiques in the Americas by developing and maintaining standard operating procedures, supporting audit readiness, and partnering with cross functional teams to implement and optimize retail systems and tools.
Responsibilities
- Monitor boutique adherence to company policies, procedures, and operational controls.
- Analyze audit results and compliance metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
- Summarize boutique performance data and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Support audit preparation and post audit follow up and action planning.
- Assist in creation, review, and continuous improvement of SOPs for retail operations.
- Maintain SOP library, version control, and communicate process updates across the retail network.
- Support end to end implementation, testing, and rollout of new retail systems and tools.
- Track issues, monitor test cases, and provide structured feedback to improve functionality.
- Track and report KPIs to monitor system effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in operations.
- Experience managing or implementing operational excellence programs preferred.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI.
- Strong data collection, processing, analysis, and reporting skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills and cross functional collaboration ability.
- Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to maintain transparency while exercising discretion with sensitive information.
