Summary
The Analyst, Retail Performance is responsible for driving retail performance and development for Americas boutiques through reporting, analysis, and collaboration on strategy. This role produces and automates retail reports, performs competitive benchmarking, and partners with store and cross functional teams to inform action plans and executive presentations.
Responsibilities
- Manage, run, and distribute weekly, monthly, and quarterly retail reports for corporate, regional, and boutique locations
- Design and automate reports to monitor KPIs and critical retail initiatives
- Maintain competitive benchmarking database and conduct competitive analysis
- Communicate frequently with store teams to understand market landscape and drive revenue
- Ensure stores submit required information for corporate projects and reports
- Assist with preparation of executive presentations and market analysis decks
- Work cross functionally to gather data, conduct analysis, and make recommendations
- Support ideation, implementation, and follow up for boutique incentives
- Collaborate on compensation strategy and upkeep for retail teams
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years professional experience; 2-3 years preferred
- Experience in luxury and/or retail preferred
- Background in retail, planning, or finance preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPoint and PowerBI
- High proficiency with reporting systems and strong data analysis skills
- Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and follow up skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify and correct data discrepancies
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast paced environment
