Summary
Work with DTC business teams and IT partners to support analytics capabilities, troubleshoot data issues, deliver enhancements, and drive adoption of analytic tools. Support the Data Analytics Manager to ensure consistency and fidelity of reporting and to translate data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Partner with DTC business stakeholders to document use cases and identify reporting gaps and enhancements
- Ensure data quality and consistency across reporting platforms
- Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights and drive action
- Define and document business requirements and support the analytics development lifecycle
- Facilitate functional testing and user acceptance testing for analytics solutions
- Promote adoption of analytics tools and best practices across business teams
- Train and educate stakeholders on reporting tools and processes
- Stay informed on retail analytics trends and recommend improvements
Requirements
- Experience in retail or ecommerce with analytics or business intelligence experience preferred
- Familiarity with data discovery and BI tools such as MicroStrategy, Dataiku, Tableau, or Power BI
- Experience with data preparation tools like Excel, Dataiku, or Alteryx
- Experience with SQL and or Python is a plus
- Experience working in cross functional teams and with project tracking tools like JIRA
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced environment
- Strong written and presentation skills for technical and non technical audiences
- Demonstrated analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills
