Responsibilities- Follow safe work procedures and report safety issues promptly.
- Learn to interpret blueprints and fabricate items based on designs and tolerances.
- Apply correct sequences of silver solder and perform solder cleanup.
- Hand form components using various tools and techniques.
- Minimize porosity in solder seams and castings using appropriate tools.
- Possess knowledge of hand forging and use of chasing tools.
- Set up and operate power equipment essential to the job.
- Organize work instructions and assist in writing SOPs.
- Provide progress updates and maintain the production schedule.
- Maintain a professional and respectful work environment.
- Demonstrate competencies in Hollowware for tours and filming.
- Perform other activities as directed.
Requirements- Ability to effectively communicate in English.
- Good teamwork skills.
- Metal fabrication experience.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to read blueprints and fabricate three-dimensional objects.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Computer literate.
- BFA/MFA in metals and jewelry preferred.
- Basic knowledge of laser welder machine preferred.
- Advanced Computer / CAD skills preferred.
