Job Description

Summary

Paid spring internship supporting the Vice President of Architecture and Preservation within store planning. The role provides hands-on experience in project archiving, contract support, reporting, and presentation creation while working 32 hours per week and receiving academic credit.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain store network project archives by updating drawings and photo books
  • Support updating contracts and agreements and liaise with legal on lease and supplier documents
  • Collect project update data and support regular reporting to Worldwide Store Planning and Finance
  • Create presentations for regional project reviews and the company board
  • Assist with departmental administrative tasks and documentation
  • Collaborate with global suppliers and internal stakeholders on project details
  • Contribute to maintaining organized project records and files

Requirements

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledgeable in CAD
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong initiative and ability to work self sufficiently
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Prior architectural work or experience is a plus
  • Available 32 hours per week and able to receive academic credit
