- Partner with local law enforcement to report external theft.
- Supervise vendor guards and direct reports.
- Maintain organization of all AP documentation.
- Conduct regular boutique assessments using the AP Checklist.
- Ensure functionality of all AP equipment.
- Manage AP vendor-related concerns.
- Travel to store locations for routine visits and investigations.
- Provide support during boutique operating hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements- 2-3 years of Asset Protection Management experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Strong partnership and relationship skills.
- Excellent communication and investigative skills.
- Flexible availability and willingness to travel within Hawaii.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
