Area Asset Protection Manager

As an Area Asset Protection Manager in the Hawaii market, you will be responsible for implementing and managing the Asset Protection program across two retail locations. Your role will involve building strong partnerships with boutique management and other departments to minimize theft and enhance safety measures.

• Manage the Asset Protection Program for two retail locations in Hawaii.
• Conduct Asset Protection training in partnership with boutique management and senior AP staff.
• Investigate losses related to theft, inventory, and transportation.
• Lead internal investigations regarding policy violations.
• Partner with local law enforcement to report external theft.
• Supervise vendor guards and direct reports.
• Maintain organization of all AP documentation.
• Conduct regular boutique assessments using the AP Checklist.
• Ensure functionality of all AP equipment.
• Manage AP vendor-related concerns.
• Travel to store locations for routine visits and investigations.
• Provide support during boutique operating hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• 2-3 years of Asset Protection Management experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong partnership and relationship skills.
• Excellent communication and investigative skills.
• Flexible availability and willingness to travel within Hawaii.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
