Job Description

Summary

Lead facilities operations across multiple locations ensuring safe, clean, and well maintained environments. Serve as a hands on manager overseeing technicians, vendors, and subcontractors while building relationships with site leadership and business partners to deliver consistent facility management services and support operational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and maintain a safety first culture and drive safe work practices across the portfolio
  • Manage performance of technicians vendors and suppliers across multiple locations
  • Coordinate with site leads property management and landlords to schedule and execute FM activities
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms and service delivery expectations from subcontractors
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures and preventive maintenance schedules
  • Oversee completion of planned monthly quarterly and annual preventive maintenance on critical equipment
  • Respond to emergency calls and provide operational leadership during incidents
  • Support business objectives including store sales volume and fulfilment delivery timeliness
  • Maintain oversight of MEP systems including HVAC vertical transportation security and fire alarm systems

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Facilities Manager or equivalent
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education preferred
  • Proven knowledge of building mechanical and electrical MEP systems
  • Experience using CMMS systems with planning scheduling and reporting abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to manage remote teams and third party contractors
  • Strong analytical problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office particularly Excel and Outlook
  • Experience building strong relationships with customers peers and senior leadership
  • Six Sigma Lean or similar operational excellence certification is a plus
