Responsibilities- Establish and maintain a safety-first culture by promoting safe work practices and delivering rewards and recognitions.
- Oversee a team of technicians, vendors, and suppliers to perform maintenance and repair on equipment and facilities systems.
- Build relationships with site leads, regional leadership, and business partners to ensure trust and credibility in FM services delivery.
- Uphold contract terms with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure proper delivery of goods and services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction in the delivery of Facility Management services.
- Coordinate FM activities with site occupants and property management to meet company and customer needs.
- Develop and implement SOPs and preventive maintenance schedules to support all areas.
- Respond to emergency calls as necessary.
- Possess technical knowledge of HVAC, Vertical Transportation, Restaurants, Entry/Signs, specialty systems, and other building elements.
- Help leadership drive volume and achieve operational goals.
Requirements- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Facilities Manager or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education preferred.
- Proven track record in Facilities Management with solid knowledge of building/mechanical, electrical systems.
- Experience using CMMS systems and reporting.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers, peers, and senior leadership.
- Experience managing remote teams and third-party contracted services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent communication skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution.
- Six Sigma, Lean, TPC, or other operational excellence methodology certifications a plus.
