Area Manager Food And Beverage - Northeast - West

Summary

Area Managers lead Restaurant General Managers and Specialty Coffee Bar Managers across an assigned geography to drive business results, develop talent, and uphold company values. They partner with HR and cross-functional teams to ensure food safety, resolve employee relations matters, and support financial performance through coaching and operational oversight. The role requires regular travel to locations and offices from an assigned home store.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary leader for restaurants and specialty coffee bars in assigned geography
• Develop and maintain a high performing management team and internal leadership pipeline
• Provide regular coaching and timely performance conversations with leaders
• Analyze KPIs and support leaders in creating action plans to improve results
• Own profit and loss accountability for assigned portfolio
• Partner with HR to investigate and resolve employee relations issues
• Ensure locations maintain food safe and pest free environments
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to support restaurant and coffee operations
• Plan time and travel effectively with 3-4 days weekly onsite visits

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in multiple food and beverage operations in culinary or management leadership
• Progressive multi unit management experience and ability to lead and coach
• Experience handling employee relations and partnering with HR on investigations
• Ability to analyze financial outcomes and KPIs to drive action
• Skilled communicator with influencing abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
