Job Description

Summary

The Area Manager oversees a portfolio of 2-6 KREWE retail locations in the Houston market. This in-person retail leader drives sales and operational performance, develops store teams, and ensures a consistent premium brand and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales goals, profitability, and performance across assigned stores using sales and KPI analysis.
  • Coach, develop, recruit, and manage Store Managers and retail teams.
  • Ensure consistent execution of customer experience, clienteling, visual standards, and store operations.
  • Translate company priorities into store-level strategies and communicate performance, marketing, and operational updates.
  • Build community relationships and support store events, new openings, and temporary retail activations.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of senior leadership experience in multi-unit luxury retail.
  • Proven success driving sales through coaching, performance management, and accountability.
  • Strong analytical, business, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience with clienteling and luxury retail operations, ideally in fashion, apparel, or eyewear.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the year and lead teams across multiple locations.
  • Excel and Google Suite skills preferred.
