Job Description

Summary

The Area Manager oversees a portfolio of 2-6 KREWE retail locations, driving sales, operational excellence, and a consistent premium brand experience. Based in Houston, this hands-on leader coaches Store Managers, uses business insights to improve performance, and connects store teams with company priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales goals, profitability, and performance across assigned stores using sales and KPI analysis.
  • Coach, develop, recruit, and manage Store Managers and retail teams while maintaining accountability and high service standards.
  • Ensure consistent execution of guest experience, visual standards, clienteling, and operational processes.
  • Build local partnerships and event strategies that increase brand awareness, traffic, and revenue.
  • Communicate company priorities to store teams and support new store openings and temporary retail activations.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of senior leadership experience in multi-unit luxury retail.
  • Demonstrated success driving sales through team coaching, behavior management, and clienteling.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical and problem-solving skills, and expertise in multi-unit retail operations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, with a commitment to visual and brand standards.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the year and proficiency with POS systems, Excel, and Google Suite preferred.
