Job Description

Summary

As an Area Manager Sales in Minneapolis, you will execute selling initiatives in-store, support stylists and sellers, and help deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will partner with Regional and Store Managers to bring selling initiatives to life and support Department Managers in leading selling teams.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Regional Manager & Store Managers to implement selling initiatives.
  • Support Department Managers in developing selling skills and leading teams.
  • Assist stylists & salespeople in delivering results and using selling tools.
  • Directly support the Get Connected Program.
  • Travel to each store twice a month, covering 4-6 FL stores.
Requirements
  • Experience as a sales department manager or equivalent.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively.
  • Proven leadership skills, including leading through influence.
  • Ability to drive execution and completion of deliverables on time.
  • Deep expertise in selling skills and tools.
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization and follow-through skills.
  • Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships at all levels.
  • Ability to travel up to 60% of the time.
