Summary
The Area Sales and Education Coordinator for Dallas provides retailer training and sales support across an assigned territory with emphasis on Sephora Ulta and Nordstrom accounts. The role manages 1 - 3 freelancers to represent the brand and drive sales and event performance while maintaining merchandising standards and strong store relationships.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals in assigned stores throughout the territory
- Conduct in-store trainings at Sephora and Ulta following brand expectations
- Plan and execute in-store events to support retailer and brand initiatives
- Work with store management on visual placement and merchandising
- Develop strong relationships with store BA s store leadership and district managers
- Train Fresh selling specialists and store personnel for launches and core categories
- Maintain regular communication with field team about training and event opportunities
- Manage call cycles schedule and travel within the territory
- Use company reports and tools to create customized in-store strategies
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in the beauty industry
- Experience in Sephora and Nordstrom environments preferred
- Ability to manage a budget and read sales reports
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive approach to client engagement and brand promotion
- Ability to motivate others and work as part of a team
- Ability to travel within the territory and flexible working hours
- Capable of continuous standing walking bending and lifting up to 40 lbs
