Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals in assigned stores throughout the territory
- Conduct in-store trainings for Sephora Ulta and Nordstrom in line with brand expectations
- Plan and execute in-store events to support retailer and brand initiatives
- Work with store management for visual placement and merchandising standards
- Develop strong relationships with store BAs store leadership district managers and point persons
- Handle training of selling specialists and store personnel for launches and core categories
- Maintain regular communication with field team and manage store call cycle schedule and travel
- Use company reports and tools to create customized in-store strategies
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in the beauty industry
- Experience in Sephora and Nordstrom environments preferred
- Ability to manage a budget and read sales reports
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be proactive able to motivate others and work as part of a team
- Ability to travel within the territory and flexible work hours
- Capable of continuous standing walking and lifting up to 40 lbs
