Summary
The Area Sales And Education Coordinator will provide retailer training and sales support across an assigned territory with emphasis on Sephora Ulta and Nordstrom accounts, managing 1 - 3 freelancers to achieve sales and event targets while maintaining merchandising standards and store relationships.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals in assigned stores throughout the territory
- Conduct in-store trainings for Sephora and Ulta in line with brand expectations
- Plan and execute in-store events to support retail initiatives
- Work with store management on visual placement and merchandising
- Establish and develop strong relationships with store BAs leadership and district managers
- Train selling specialists and store personnel on product launches and core categories
- Maintain regular communication with field team and manage store call cycle
- Use company reports and tools to create customized in-store strategies
- Manage schedule travel and territory coverage to meet objectives
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in the beauty industry
- Experience in Sephora and Nordstrom environments preferred
- Ability to manage a budget and read sales reports
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive approach to client engagement and brand promotion
- Ability to motivate others and work as part of a team
- Must be able to travel within the territory and have flexible hours
- Ability to stand walk and bend for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
