- Manage freelance and travel budgets effectively.
- Conduct in-store trainings in line with Retailer Brand expectations.
- Plan and execute in-store events to meet sales and productivity targets.
- Develop strong relationships with store-level staff and management.
- Train store personnel on new product launches and core product categories.
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
- Maintain communication with Field team for additional training and support opportunities.
- Utilize company reports and tools to create customized in-store strategies.
Requirements- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the beauty industry.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Sephora, Ulta, and Nordstrom environments preferred.
- Ability to motivate others and work as part of a team.
- Flexible work hours and ability to travel within the territory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to work remotely once a week.
