Summary
The Area Sales and Education Executive is responsible for executing sales and training strategy across an assigned territory with emphasis on Sephora, Ulta and Nordstrom accounts. This role requires heavy travel, relationship building with retailer teams and in store delivery of training and events to drive sales and brand presence.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals through strategic call cycles and event planning
- Manage freelance and travel budgets to support territory activities
- Conduct in store trainings for Sephora Ulta and Nordstrom in line with retailer expectations
- Plan and execute in store events tied to brand initiatives to meet sales and productivity targets
- Collaborate with store management on visual placement and merchandising
- Develop strong relationships with Beauty Advisors Store Leadership District Managers and department staff
- Ensure brand homebays counters endcaps and displays meet merchandising standards
- Maintain regular communication with field team and retailer partners to identify opportunities
- Manage schedule travel and use company tools to create customized in store strategies
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of beauty industry experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Experience within Sephora Ulta or Nordstrom environments preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel extensively within territory and flexible working hours
- Ability to stand walk and bend for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite
- Must be proactive self motivated and able to work as part of a team
