Summary
The Area Sales and Education Executive is responsible for executing sales and training strategy across an assigned territory covering New York New Jersey and Pennsylvania with a focus on Sephora Ulta and Nordstrom accounts. This role drives in-store trainings events visual standards and retailer relationships while managing schedules travel and freelance budgets.
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals in assigned territory through strategic call cycles and event planning
- Conduct in-store trainings at Sephora Ulta and Nordstrom per retailer expectations
- Plan and execute in-store events to meet sales productivity and MOB targets
- Manage freelance and travel budgets to support territory activities
- Collaborate with store management on visual placement and merchandising standards
- Establish and develop relationships with beauty advisors store leadership and district managers
- Maintain regular communication with field team and retailer partners to identify opportunities
- Manage schedule travel and regular store call cycles across the territory
- Use company reporting tools to create customized in-store training and selling strategies
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of beauty industry experience
- Experience in Sephora Ulta or Nordstrom environments preferred
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel frequently within the territory and drive as required
- Physical ability to stand walk and lift up to 40 lbs and work in a fragrance environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
- Flexible hours to meet job objectives including in-store schedules
