Job Description

Summary

As an Area Sales and Education Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing training support within the Montreal, Ontario, and Quebec territories, with a focus on Sephora. Your role will involve building strong relationships, conducting effective trainings, and supporting sales strategies to achieve business goals.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve retail sales goals in assigned stores through strategic planning and event execution.
  • Conduct in-store training for Fresh selling specialists and store personnel, including Sephora Beauty Advisors.
  • Manage freelance and travel budgets effectively to support the territory.
  • Plan and execute in-store events in alignment with brand initiatives.
  • Ensure Fresh counters and sales areas meet merchandising standards.
  • Negotiate with store personnel to improve product placement within Sephora locations.
  • Create store-specific action plans to achieve sales goals.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, with beauty industry experience required.
  • Fluency in French and English.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in an in-store retail environment, preferably Sephora.
  • Ability to motivate others and work collaboratively.
  • Event planning and execution experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • Ability to travel within the territory and own a vehicle.
  • Capability to work remotely without home office responsibilities.
