Job Description

Summary

The Area Sales and Education Executive is responsible for executing sales and training strategies within the Northern California territory, focusing on key accounts such as Sephora, Ulta, and Nordstrom. This role requires a proactive approach to client engagement and brand promotion, with the flexibility to work remotely once a week.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve sales goals through strategic planning and event execution.
  • Manage freelance and travel budgets effectively.
  • Conduct in-store trainings in line with Retailer Brand expectations.
  • Plan and execute in-store events to meet sales and productivity targets.
  • Develop strong relationships with store-level staff and management.
  • Train store personnel on new product launches and core categories.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
  • Maintain communication with Field team for additional training opportunities.
  • Utilize company reports to create customized in-store strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the beauty industry.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in Sephora, Ulta, and Nordstrom environments preferred.
  • Ability to travel within the territory and work flexible hours.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
  • Ability to work remotely once a week.
