Summary
Manage and elevate visual merchandising across two Hawaii boutiques, ensuring consistent application of Group guidelines to enhance store atmosphere, client experience, and business goals. Partner with store teams and corporate partners to drive commercial and aesthetic objectives and support window installations, store openings, and periodic travel.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and elevate visual displays across the Waikiki and Ala Moana boutiques.
- Create and execute consistent schedules between locations and travel as needed.
- Partner with store teams, Store Directors, Regional VP, and Corporate VM to address sales challenges through visual strategies.
- Educate store teams and métier specialists on VM standards and seasonal guidelines.
- Order and maintain display props to enhance presentation.
- Provide regular qualitative feedback and images to Corporate and International VM departments.
- Support quarterly window installations and collaborate with vendors and Windows Manager.
- Assist with new store openings and renovations when required.
- Manage T&E budget and expenses related to VM activities.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of visual merchandising experience.
- Experience working across multiple store locations preferred.
- Strong communication skills and leadership ability to convey objectives.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and follow up skills.
- Ability to interpret and adapt Group guidelines consistently.
- Strategic, conceptual, and innovative thinking.
- Strong interpersonal skills for cross functional collaboration.
- Proven time management skills and ability to prioritize in a fast paced environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
