Summary
The Art Director Home leads the conception and execution of 360° marketing and advertising campaigns for the Home division, partnering with creative leadership and cross functional teams to produce assets for digital, print, video and social channels. This role oversees photo and video production, post production and maintains a consistent visual voice across global communications.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and delivery of integrated content campaigns across multiple touch points
- Collaborate with creative leadership, marketing, design and production teams to refine concepts
- Direct and manage high volume photo and video productions including on set production
- Oversee post production workflow and manage retouching standards
- Ensure projects meet deadlines and budget constraints
- Create concept presentation documents including photo and video direction and graphic design
- Develop and maintain consistent visual voice across materials
- Conduct photo research and editing utilizing internal archives and external resources
Requirements
- Professional art direction experience, preferably in luxury home advertising
- Deep experience commissioning and working with photography from concept to execution
- Competence with video production processes and collaboration with DPs, directors and editors
- Strong Photoshop, InDesign and Keynote skills; working knowledge of Capture One
- Some experience with Illustrator, Premiere and After Effects
- Excellent written and verbal presentation skills and understanding of typography
- Significant experience guiding post production and retouching with attention to color and mood
- Strong time management, attention to detail and ability to multitask
