Artisan - Hand Painter

We are seeking a creative and motivated Artisan for our Orlando store. As an Artisan for Louis Vuitton, you will help make our clients' outstanding pieces their own, delighting them by crafting personalized artwork and continuously seeking to exceed their expectations. You will take ownership of the overall animation of the Made to Order space, providing personalization and special order services to clients, and providing artistic demonstrations during in-store events.

• Execute meticulous craftsmanship in the creation of Louis Vuitton products, ensuring precision and attention to detail in every task.
• Perform thorough quality checks to maintain the superior standards of Louis Vuitton, identifying and addressing any imperfections.
• Work closely with the Team Manager and the team to ensure seamless production processes and uphold the Maison's standards.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of techniques and processes, embracing innovation while respecting traditional methods.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
• Maintain clear communications with clients while working on their requests, including reviewing, evaluating, and assessing requests, and handling time-line expectations of the process.

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts preferred.
• Extensive hand painting skills, with the ability to interpret and replicate clients' desired artwork.
• Proven experience in a similar role, with a strong background in craftsmanship and customer service.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team.
• Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment and handle various tasks as needed.
