Artisan

As an Artisan at Louis Vuitton's Texas workshop, you will play a crucial role in the production of luxury handbags and small leather goods, contributing to the legacy of craftsmanship that defines our brand. You will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with talented individuals to achieve manufacturing and quality objectives.

• Contribute to the manufacturing of high-quality luxury handbags and small leather goods.
• Achieve performance objectives such as safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and workshop.
• Develop skills to work in various production departments such as assembly, preparation, or cutting.
• Identify improvement opportunities and participate in continuous improvement projects.
• Collaborate with various departments on the development of new products.
• Be punctual and organized with time management.
• Perform other duties as assigned based on business needs.

• Team-oriented with the ability to follow detailed instructions and processes.
• Knowledge of sewing on leather/canvas is a plus, but not required.
• Fluency in English and/or Spanish with the ability to read and write either language.
• Ability to operate/use equipment and manual tools.
• Resourceful and coordinated hand skills for grasping and manipulating objects.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.
