As an Artiste Maquilleur at CHANEL Fragrance & Beauté in Montreal, you will be highly skilled in advanced makeup artistry, in-depth skincare diagnostics, and providing the ultimate client experience. Your role is to fulfill the client's dream through one-on-one interactions, masterclasses, or events, while maintaining brand image, customer service, individual passion, and sales productivity. You will collaborate and grow within an agile and dynamic team.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of CHANEL fragrance and beauty products and service standards through in-person, virtual, and self-learning training.
• Create tailored experiences and personalized transformation services for each client using CHANEL's experience ritual and internal tools.
• Share beauty trends and CHANEL makeup techniques and tips with clients to inspire and educate them.
• Engage and educate clients on the DNA of CHANEL products.
• Achieve sales targets, promote cross-selling, retain, recruit, and increase client return rates.
• Provide a consistent and excellent client experience.
• Manage the company's information and communication system.

• High level of professionalism and energy that engages and inspires clients and teammates.
• Advanced knowledge of detailed makeup artistry and a strong understanding of past and current looks and trends.
• Preferable knowledge of hairstyling and wardrobe styling.
• Ability to carry or lift up to 15 kg.
• Bilingualism (French and English, both spoken and written) is an asset to interact with teams and clients outside Quebec and internationally.
• Eligible to work in Canada.
