Responsibilities- Greet and interact with building personnel and respond to incidents related to loss prevention, safety, and security.
- Monitor identification badges for entry/exit and conduct security screenings.
- Perform visual searches of carry-in items to prevent prohibited items from entering the building.
- Escalate sensitive situations and collaborate with loss prevention staff or law enforcement as needed.
- Conduct investigations of shrinkage/loss and maintain documentation related to loss prevention and safety issues.
- Audit physical security infrastructure and ensure proper function of all systems.
- Perform daily warehouse walks to ensure physical security standards are met.
- Review camera footage for investigative purposes and respond to building alarms.
- Support building management with opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality in security and personnel matters.
- Work weekends and/or overnight shifts as necessary.
Requirements- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing service position, ideally in loss prevention, security, or risk management.
- Supply Chain Facility experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively respond and resolve safety/security issues.
- Proven experience with high-level accountability and initiative.
