Asset Protection Agent

Summary

The Supply Chain Asset Protection Agent supports loss prevention, safety, and security initiatives at a distribution center. The role helps safeguard company assets and employees while identifying and investigating potential loss situations.

Responsibilities

• Screen building personnel and visitors, monitor access, and enforce security procedures.
• Conduct warehouse security walks, audit security systems, review camera footage, and respond to alarms.
• Investigate shrink and loss incidents, document safety and security matters, and coordinate with asset protection, human resources, and law enforcement as needed.
• Support building opening and closing procedures and complete special projects.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of customer-facing service experience, ideally in loss prevention, security, or risk management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, sound judgment, accountability, and initiative.
• Supply chain facility experience preferred. A valid security license is required in certain specified locations.
