The Asset Protection Agent helps keep customers, employees, and merchandise safe while reducing shrinkage and supporting inventory accuracy. The role responds to store emergencies, investigates theft, and partners with store teams and local law enforcement.

Responsibilities

• Prevent and investigate theft using surveillance, reporting tools, and sound judgment.
• Implement merchandise protection standards and shrinkage reduction plans.
• Respond to and report safety, security, and emergency incidents.
• Conduct security audits, support awareness training, and participate in emergency response training.
• Prepare incident and investigation reports, and testify in court when summoned.
• Build partnerships with store leaders, neighboring retailers, and law enforcement.
