Job Description

Summary

As an Asset Protection Coordinator at Broadway Plaza, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding company assets, including property, merchandise, and employees. You will support loss prevention, safety, and security initiatives to ensure a secure environment.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and interact with building personnel professionally and respond urgently to loss prevention, safety, and security incidents.
  • Serve as a liaison between guests and warehouse staff, managing appointments and screenings.
  • Log and validate information on trucks entering or leaving the building and communicate with the receiving department.
  • Monitor building and fire alarms to ensure proper response and dispatching.
  • Answer and transfer incoming calls to appropriate extensions.
  • Operate electronic and hand-held metal detectors as needed.
Requirements
  • High-quality organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and handle safety issues, including aggressive behavior.
  • Accountability, initiative, and confidentiality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work a schedule based on business needs.
