As an Asset Protection Coordinator at Barton Creek Square Mall, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding company assets, including property, merchandise, and employees. You will be responsible for supporting loss prevention, safety, and security initiatives.

• Greet and interact with building personnel professionally and respond urgently to incidents related to loss prevention, safety, and security.
• Serve as a liaison between guests and warehouse staff, greeting, screening, and confirming appointments.
• Log information on trucks entering or leaving the building and communicate with the receiving department.
• Monitor building/fire alarms to ensure proper response and dispatching.
• Answer incoming calls and transfer them to appropriate extensions.
• Operate electronic walk-through and hand-held metal detectors as needed.
