Summary
Support loss prevention safety and security initiatives to safeguard company assets including property equipment merchandise supplies money and employees. Serve as a point of contact for building personnel guests and warehouse staff while responding to incidents with urgency and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Greet and interact with building personnel and guests in a professional manner
- Respond promptly to incidents related to loss prevention safety and security
- Serve as a liaison between arriving guests and warehouse staff including greeting screening and confirming appointments
- Log information on trucks entering or leaving the building and validate inbound delivery details
- Communicate with receiving department and assign doors as instructed
- Monitor building and fire alarms and ensure proper response or dispatch
- Answer incoming building calls and transfer to appropriate extensions
- Operate electronic walk through and hand held metal detectors as needed
