Summary

Support loss prevention safety and security initiatives to safeguard property merchandise equipment money and employees at the Mall of America location. Act as a primary contact for building personnel guests and warehouse staff while monitoring alarms and access points and responding to incidents with urgency and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with building personnel and guests in a professional manner
• Respond to incidents related to loss prevention safety and security
• Serve as liaison between arriving guests and warehouse staff including screening and confirming appointments
• Log and validate information for trucks entering or leaving the building and coordinate with receiving
• Monitor building and fire alarms and ensure proper response or dispatching
• Answer and transfer incoming calls to appropriate extensions
• Operate electronic walk through and hand held metal detectors as needed
