Asset Protection Coordinator - Natick Mall

As an Asset Protection Coordinator at Natick Mall, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding company assets, including property, merchandise, and employees. You will be responsible for supporting loss prevention, safety, and security initiatives, ensuring a secure environment for all.

• Greet and interact with building personnel professionally and respond urgently to incidents related to loss prevention, safety, and security.
• Serve as a liaison between guests and warehouse staff, managing appointments and screening visitors.
• Log and validate information on trucks entering or leaving the building, coordinating with the receiving department.
• Monitor building and fire alarms to ensure proper response and dispatching.
• Answer and transfer incoming calls to appropriate extensions.
• Operate electronic and hand-held metal detectors as needed.
