Asset Protection Coordinator - Natick Mall

Summary

Support loss prevention safety and security initiatives to protect company assets including property, merchandise, equipment, supplies, money and employees. Act as a liaison for guests and warehouse staff, monitor access and alarms, and respond to incidents with professionalism and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with building personnel and guests in a professional manner
• Screen and confirm appointments and serve as liaison between guests and warehouse staff
• Log truck and delivery information and communicate with receiving department
• Monitor building and fire alarms and ensure proper response or dispatch
• Answer and transfer incoming calls to appropriate extensions
• Operate electronic walk-through and hand-held metal detectors as needed
• Respond to incidents related to loss prevention safety and security with urgency
