Asset Protection Coordinator - Natick Mall

Summary

The Asset Protection Coordinator helps maintain a safe, secure environment for employees, customers, and merchandise at the Natick Mall store. This role monitors surveillance, supports investigations, enforces security procedures, and partners with store leadership to reduce shrink and promote operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV and conduct surveillance to identify suspicious activity
• Support investigations by gathering data, conducting package checks, and responding to alarms in the Employee Service Area
• Enforce safety and security procedures to maintain a safe store environment
• Execute shrink‑reduction strategies using RFID and reporting tools
• Complete accurate incident, investigation, and security metric reports
• Assist in training store teams on asset prevention and coordinate with management and local law enforcement

Requirements

• 1+ year of retail or asset protection experience
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Calm, professional approach with strong accountability, initiative, and confidentiality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
• Knowledge of CCTV systems and basic computer skills (preferred)
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift/pull/push items as needed
