Asset Protection Coordinator

Summary

The Asset Protection Coordinator helps maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, customers, and store assets. The role supports safety initiatives, investigates incidents, and partners with store leadership to reduce shrink and strengthen operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV and conduct surveillance to identify suspicious activity.
• Support investigations, respond to alarms, and complete incident and security metric reports.
• Enforce safety and security procedures and execute shrink reduction strategies using RFID and reporting tools.
• Assist with training store teams, develop action plans with management, and connect with local law enforcement.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail or asset protection experience.
• Strong organizational, time management, communication, and confidentiality skills.
• Calm and professional approach to safety-related situations, with initiative and accountability.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and use surveillance, reporting, and monitoring technologies; CCTV and basic computer skills preferred.
