Asset Protection Coordinator

Summary

The Asset Protection Coordinator helps maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, customers, and assets. The role supports safety initiatives, investigates incidents, and partners with leadership to reduce shrink and promote operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Monitor CCTV and conduct surveillance to identify suspicious activity.
• Support investigations by gathering data, conducting package checks, and responding to alarms.
• Enforce safety and security procedures and execute shrink reduction strategies using RFID and reporting tools.
• Complete incident and security reports, assist with team training, and partner with management and local law enforcement.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail or asset protection experience.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills, with sound judgment and discretion.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and use surveillance, reporting, and monitoring technologies.
• A valid security license is required in Oregon.
