Summary

Part-time Asset Protection Coordinator responsible for supporting loss prevention, safety and security initiatives to safeguard property, merchandise, equipment, and employees. Role includes greeting building personnel and guests, monitoring alarms, screening visitors, logging deliveries, and operating metal detectors. Must maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to respond calmly to safety incidents.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with building personnel and guests in a professional manner
• Serve as liaison between guests and warehouse staff, screen and confirm appointments
• Log inbound and outbound truck information and communicate with receiving department
• Monitor building and fire alarms and ensure proper response or dispatch
• Answer and transfer incoming building calls to appropriate extensions
• Operate electronic walk-through and hand-held metal detectors as needed
• Respond with urgency to incidents related to loss prevention safety and security
