Asset Protection Coordinator - Northern Cal Distribution Center

Summary

The Asset Protection Coordinator supports loss prevention safety and security initiatives at the Northern Cal Distribution Center to safeguard property, merchandise, equipment and employees. This role greets and screens visitors, monitors building alarms and logs truck information while responding to incidents with urgency and professionalism. The coordinator operates screening equipment and communicates with warehouse and receiving teams to ensure proper access and deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with building personnel and guests professionally and courteously
• Screen and confirm appointments for arriving guests and serve as liaison to warehouse staff
• Log inbound and outbound truck information and coordinate with receiving for door assignments
• Monitor building and fire alarms and ensure proper response or dispatch
• Answer and transfer incoming calls to appropriate extensions
• Operate electronic walk through and hand held metal detectors as needed
• Respond to safety security and loss prevention incidents with a calm sense of urgency
